tegnebraet-1I’ve never been a girl that liked to spent huge amounts on sportswear and such, maybe because I rather buy a pair of shoes than a pair of gym tights…

But somehow over the last 1,5 -2 years I have become rather addicted more or less depended to my morning gym routine.Which demands that I wake up at 5:15 pm, pretty much everyday of the week, except on weekends where I sometimes sleep till 8-9:00pm, otherwise I’m an”earlybird”. I know what you are thinking”morning person” well I am not, not one bit. If I could, I would sleep till noon everyday.

My morning workout consist of 45 minutes of cardio training and 30 minutes strenght and flexibility. On weekends I workout a bit longer if time allows it. My strenght workout is based on a five day routine, which means that I focus on one specific bodypart each day. Today was “back”Monday, tomorrow is butt day,Wednesday is arms, Thursday is legs, Friday is abs, and then I start again with back, butt and so on.

Anyway, sportswear has kind of slowly sneaked up on me from behind over the last coulpe of months.Perhaps it is just the effect of seeing all those amazing Instagram gals wearing their cool gym outfits while looking fierces or maybe it’s just my still growing love of fashions’ modern take on the sporty look in ready-to-wear collections. And making sportswear ready-to-wearable. Anyhow, I have found a new found appreciation of gym wear. Back to the important matter Sportmaster has 25% of running and gym wear till the 6th of April.       Well,try to do at least one blogpost a day : ) and make you blog a blog you would like to read yourself. That might be my best advise.
